Another Samsung Galaxy from THREE Network hits the streets in London
as sales are going on, not all customers are happy as mentioned by
THREE Network.

This phone was sold to a customer
at the Thooting Broadway shop two days ago the customer went for a
refund or an exchange, but the THREE shop manager and assistant manager
told that the customer needs to contact Samsung on this matter as
Samsung is the manufacture after a long time waiting
the customer was verbally abused from a member of staff that was
mention it was having a bad day??¿ Can you imagine what type of day was
he involving the customer on!! Moving ahead two managers that can't
exchange faulty phone's and with a Bad attitude!
The New mobile phone apparently was with a dead screen corner so the
corner of the S6 edge screen was a few millimeters spot black like was
bent in the interior or painted over any way FAULTY, THREE shop managers
at this store have no right on phone exchanges
and told the customer to come the next day and that they may find a
solution.
After all the verbal abuse from the store staff makes the customer feel not very comfortable to go
back in the
store?? So far, no call back from the THREE employees (Manager) to the
customer as for a resolution and history will go on with the FAULTY S6
Edge from THREEE Network that can't be exchanged do to be expensive, not
exchangeable due to system issues, told by
the bosses not to exchange phones or staff will have to pay for it, and
a lot more and now that is sold they have no liability or they think
so, if you do not agree with the no exchange, fix,
etc. Customers will be
bullied and persuaded with fake Legislations, Regulations, Codes of practise,
standards and lot's more of fake escuses not to refund or exchange the rong to the right. THANKS
